Christmas Kindness, together with the people of Gladwin County, show “hometown” love to approximately 1000 children, 0 to 18, each year!
Our Focus: Warmth and Joy for families in need.
Warmth depends on your donations of warm coats, hats, gloves/mittens, socks, and blankets!
Joy is experienced with the giving of toys, books, games, teen gifts, arts and crafts, and stuffed animals!
Financial Contributions are also critical to Christmas Kindness, allowing us to purchase items still lacking on Distribution Day!
Donations
All donations can be dropped off at the Christmas Kindness Building, 963 North
M-18, Gladwin, MI 48624, Tuesday through Thursday, 10 until 4, Mid-October through Mid-December (Call 989-426-9349 for exact days and times)
There are also many “Donation Boxes” located in several Gladwin and Beaverton businesses! Be sure to thank them for their support of Christmas Kindness, as well as their heart for the people of Gladwin County!

Christmas Kindness encourages individuals, churches, schools, civic groups, businesses, and friends of Gladwin County to “Adopt A Child” for Christmas! In other words; to purchase gifts that would bring joy to Gladwin County children!
Adopt a Child or Family
Due to the number of children needing Christmas Kindness; we suggest the following:
1 large item…..= $25
1 medium Item = $15
2 small items…= $5 each
Totaling $50 per child adopted!
Your gifts of joy, together with the warmth provided on Distribution Day, become an amazing display of love and kindness to these families!
Goal: That ALL GLADWIN COUNTY CHILDREN IN NEED would be adopted by a community that cares!
